Many practitioners have asked me to check out their computer/device systems from time to time to make sure everything is current and the computer is running at peak efficiency. These requests have spurred me to create a Biofeedback System Tune Up service and make it available to everyone.

By using remote access software we can keep your computer and CLASP32 software working well on a monthly or bi-weekly basis whether you are there or not.

REIKI

Reiki was rediscovered in the late 1800's by Dr. Mikao Usui. He was a Buddhist Monk living in Kyoto, Japan. He was told that he should study Buddhist writings since the Buddha was also a healer.

He went to the mountain and gathered 21 stones with which to†† count the days. Each day he would throw away a stone and in this way count the time. On the 20th day nothing had come as yet and he threw away the last stone saying "Well, this is it, either I get the answer tonight or I do not". On the horizon he could see a ball of light coming towards him. As it struck him he was taken on a journey and shown bubbles of all the colors of the rainbow in which were the symbols of Reiki, the very same symbols in the Tibetan writings he was studying but had been unable to understand. Now as he looked at them again, there was total understanding.

One of the main foundations of Usui's teachings was what was called the 5 Principles.

They are: Just for today

∑† Live without anger

∑† Live without Fear

∑† Have and show Gratitude

∑† Seek right living

∑† Honor your teachers and elders

CRANIO SACRAL

CranioSacral Therapy is a technique based on Cranial Osteopathy. It was developed by Dr. William Sutherland over 100 years ago. Like Cranial Osteopathy, CranioSacral Therapy seeks to restore the natural rhythmic movement found between the bones of the skull. It does the same for the movements of the sacrum. The purpose of this is to aid the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system.

However, CranioSacral Therapists believe that the natural movements at the skull bones come from the membrane that lines our nervous system structures, namely the brain and spinal cord. For this reason, their focus is on those membranes, rather than directly on the bones and sutures.

Unlike Cranial Osteopathy, CranioSacral Therapy is not necessarily taught in Osteopathic Colleges. Watch the video below from John E. Upledger, D.O., OMM for more information.

QiGong

Is Qigong the same as qigong, Chi Kung, Chi Gong?

Yes, they are the same. "Qigong" is the usual English spelling, whereas "qigong" is the Romanized Chinese spelling. In Romanized Chinese, q is pronounced like the English ch'; and† o like the English u. Hence, both "Qigong" and qigong" should be pronounced like the English "ch'i gung".
