Browns Point. . .Healing Sacred Ground
To the one-hundred-fifty-year-old house that had served the first lighthouse keeper on the turn of land called Browns Point, had come twelve people from Oregon and Washington. They were healers, people with gifts of all kinds. People who were looking for a safe place to gather, to rest a bit, share some food and talk about the work they were involved in . . . and they were being hunted.
The state of Washington was on a witch-hunt again, only this time they were including healers, specifically unlicensed healers.
Ellie was excited to welcome her friends to her home where they would celebrate the summer solstice. They were intent on finding ways to help other healers avoid persecution, especially their friend who was awaiting the courtís decision whether to curtail his practice permanently or let him continue unhindered.
When the peaceful support of their friend turns ugly, Ellie and her friends find themselves using their individual and collective talents to bring back two of their friends from death and then use those same gifts to search out and stop an old dark enemy.
